October, I can count on you~
Ah, the hidden gem of the Pacific Northwest.....October. Where the Indian Summer ushers in warm fall leaves followed by cool evening skies. It's that last whisper of summer saying goodbye. I can always count on this month to be the yummiest. This October in particular is absolutely LIT UP with some of the best happenings of the year!
I will be relishing in the pace of this month, equal parts busy to equal parts slow flow. For me, this October is filled with creativity, meditative experiences, knowledge, and exciting new endeavors.
Here's what's going down.....

October 1 is going to be an incredibly grounding evening at Bend's new favorite aerial yoga, natural beauty and awesome community center, Wren and Wild. They are hosting MC Yogi for an evening of yoga, story telling and a book signing. Oh yes, I will be there!
The very next Sunday, October 8 at Wren and Wild, is an Evening with Noah Levine; guided mindfulness based meditation and a talk on the connection of Buddhism, mindfulness, addiction and recovery.
As a follower of #buddhism for over 20 years, I am delighted to have a modern Buddhist voice coming to the area. Endless thanks to Mandy, owner at Wren and Wild, for bringing these potent messages to our community here in Bend, Oregon.
